FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-action devices for mixing loose materials and may be used in food, chemical and other industries. Centrifugal mixer comprises vertical conical housing, on inner surface of which there are four inversion guides, a cover with loading branch pipe, a rotor fitted on shaft. Rotor is a disc, on which smaller base is coaxially installed hollow thin-walled cone with wavelike top edge. On inner surface of vertical conical housing there are four inversion guides, which are concave plates of rectangular shape, twisted along its axis at a certain angle, ensuring high degree of averaging of material flows, positive effect on quality of products.EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing.1 cl, 2 dwg |
