Disclosed is a hospital ship having medical and incineration facilities. The disclosed hospital ship comprises: a hull which is formed to float on the sea; a medical unit which is formed inside the hull and has a medical space for treating patients; an incineration unit which incinerates objects generated in the medical unit; and a gas treatment unit which treats the gas exhausted from the medical unit and the incineration unit. Thus, the present invention prevents infectious diseases from spreading.
