摘要 The present invention relates to a complex gripper device for an engine cast used in casting and forming an engine of an aluminum alloy configuration. The present invention provides the complex gripper device for the engine cast providing an effect of improving productivity by shortening a time for engine casting since a robot is able to insert a cylinder liner and is able to extrude an engine block without exchanging the gripper device by being configured to sufficiently provide a function of inserting the cylinder line preheated in a preheating device into a mold, and a function of extruding the completed engine block from the mold complexly. That is, in the complex gripper device for the engine cast, the complex gripper device of the present invention comprises: a hexahedral body including an automatic tool changer connecting the device to an industrial robot electrically; a plurality of cylinder liner grippers installed vertically to the automatic tool changer in a pair thereof in a cylinder to unclamp the cylinder liner preheated in the preheating device under a state which the preheated cylinder liner is clamped and inserted into the mold to form the engine; and an engine block gripper vertically installed to the cylinder line gripper, extruding the engine block formed in the mold to form the engine.
