摘要 The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device which can realize a flexible display device and completely prevent the penetration of moisture and oxygen by encapsulating an organic light emitting structure with an encapsulation structure formed by stacking inorganic encapsulation thin films and a passivation layer. The organic light emitting device according to the present invention comprises: a flexible substrate in which a plurality of cell regions defined as an active region and an inactive region are separated by a scribing line; an organic light emitting structure formed in the active region of the substrate; a gate line and a data line formed over the active region and the inactive region to drive the organic light emitting structure; an FPC connection pad formed in the inactive region of the substrate and connected to the ends of the gate line and the data line; a first inorganic encapsulation thin film formed in a first forming region of the entire surface of the substrate other than the upper surface of the FPC connection pad; a second inorganic encapsulation thin film formed in a second forming region including portions of the active region and the inactive region of the substrate having the first inorganic encapsulation thin film formed thereon; a third inorganic encapsulation thin film formed in the same region as the first forming region of the upper surface of the substrate having the first and second inorganic encapsulation thin films formed thereon; and a passivation layer formed in the same region as the first forming region of the upper surface of the substrate having the third inorganic encapsulation thin film formed thereon.
