Disclosed are an in-vivo transplantable implant comprising a metal substrate and nanocarriers containing a bone tissue regenerating factor on the surface of the metal substrate, and a preparation method of such in-vivo transplantable implants. The implant of the present invention includes the nanocarriers containing a bone tissue regenerating factor and thus capable of controlling the bone formation with an effective amount of the bone tissue regenerating factor over a long period of time.
