The present invention relates to an apparatus for curing a product coated with an ultraviolet rays curing type resin into an UV LED, which comprises: a light irradiation head (10) which includes a plurality of LED modules (15) by interposing a heat sink (31) in the housing (12); a power supplier (20) which applies power by being connected to the plurality of LED modules (15); a cooling means (30) which surrounds the heat sink (31) of the LED module (15) with a water cooling jacket (33) and includes a cooling water circulation path toward a radiator (35); and a control means (40) which maintains the heating temperature and optical power of the LED module (15) within a set range. Thus, the present invention has the effect of maintaining optical power by cooling an LED light source in the way of cooling water while forming the 10,000 mw/cm^2 or more of the maximum optical power when curing the UV curing of a large area using a COB LED light source. |
