The present invention relates to an air-compression molding apparatus, which comprises: a mold table (110) capable of being elevated by an elevation unit (125); an air-compression chamber (150) installed at the top of the mold table (110), capable of being elevated by an elevation unit (165) and carrying out air-compression molding of a resin sheet heated by a heater on the mold surface; a locking member (118) installed in the mold table movably by a cylinder; and a plurality of locking bars (130) fixed to the air-compression chamber (150), longitudinally passing through the opening formed on the mold table and having a locking groove (132). The air-compression molding apparatus equipped with a hydraulic locking cam for preventing air leakage from the air-compression chamber further comprises a hydraulic licking cam (140) individually formed in the locking bar (130) to further elevate the mold table (110) by 3-8 mm, when the mold table (110) is elevated for molding and the locking member (118) is moved by the cylinder (117) and inserted into the locking groove (132) so that it may be in a first locking state, and thus to reinforce the contact between the mold table (110) and the air-compression chamber (150). According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent movement of the mold table and leakage of high-pressure air in the air-compression chamber, and thus to improve the quality of an air-compression molded product. |
