The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a business card holder for a diary cover and a card holder. The method includes: a card holder raw film preparation step (S10) of preparing a card holder raw film on the rear surface of which a hot-melt film is attached; a card pocket film preparation step (S20) of preparing a plurality of card pocket films to be fixed on the rear surface of the card holder raw film; a card pocket film and card holder raw film fixing step (S30) of placing and fixing the card pocket films and the card holder raw film on a jig in order; a card pocket film holding step (S40) of folding in a wing unit protruding to the outside of the card holder raw film placed on the jig and holding one side of the card pocket films; and a heat welding step (S50) of welding the card holder raw film one side of which is held and which is fixed to the jig in the card pocket film holding step (S40) with the card pocket films through heat pressing. The present invention does not require post processing such as sewing and can improve reliability of products.
