The present disclosure is related to a system and method to perform operation, protection, communication and control practices in electrical distribution networks in a controlled manner, wherein a control and monitoring system such as a SCADA system, or the like, is commonly coupled upon emulating, in a controlled environment, the variable behavior of an electrical network between two electrical substations, and wherein said behavior is identified for the particular electrical demand of each geographical zone, so that the technicians and operators can practice and anticipate the different possible scenarios to find when the electrical power is distributed. |
