FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises four vibration dampers with different stiffness. Platform rests on two vertically arranged vibration dampers and damping element arranged under platform. One vibration damper is installed over a free end of platform and with another end it is attached to a lever. Two vibration dampers are fastened to the lever on opposite sides relative to the free end of the platform. Damping element is secured at the platform opposite end. Each vibration damper is made in form of a spring with built-in damper. Spring is made screw cylindrical and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at end of second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of screw spring is embraced by a tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane.EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.1 cl, 3 dwg |
