PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability on an emergency stop operation of a robot at the time when the robot contacts an operator.SOLUTION: A system 50 comprises a force sensor 52 and a failure determining portion 54. The force sensor 52 has a detecting portion 56 that detects a load in one direction, and the detecting portion 56 includes a first detecting element 58 and a second detecting element 60. The failure determining portion 54 determines whether or not a first detection value detected by the first detecting element 58 and a second detection value detected by the second detecting element 60 are different from each other, and when the first detection value and the second detection value are different from each other, determines that the first detecting element 58 or the second detecting element 60 is broken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
