PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass cloth capable of inhibiting pin holes from being generated when the glass cloth is made into a substrate while thinning its thickness to 14 μm or less.SOLUTION: Either yarn of warp or weft of a glass cloth is a glass yarn A with an opening degree shown in the following equation (i), which is lower than that of the other yarn, and the other yarn is a glass yarn B with higher opening degree than that of the glass yarn A. The glass yarn A has an average filament diameter of 3.0 to 4.3 μm and an average filament quantity of 20 to 55 pieces. The glass yarn B has an average filament diameter of 3.0 to 4.3 μm and an average filament quantity of 35 to 70 pieces. The ratio of average filament quantity between the glass yarn A and the glass yarn B is 0.9 or less. The thickness of the glass cloth is 14 μm or less.
