PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an engaging body to accurately engage with a latch receiver when a predetermined level of vibration occurs.SOLUTION: A latch device comprises a main body 1 attached to a solid body S side and a latch receiver 6 attached to a movable body M side that is movably supported by the solid body S. A sphere 5, which is moved forward from a reference position by a vibration at a predetermined level, moves an engaging body 4 consisting the main body 1 to a position where the engaging body can engage with the latch receiver 6. A guide face 28a of the sphere 5, which is raised with increasing distance from a placing surface 22a, is formed at least backward of the placing surface 22a of the sphere 5 at the reference position of the main body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
