PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting/lowering housing device that enables adjustment of a moving biasing force to a lifting direction according to a movable load of a lifting/lowering housing body while a lifting/lowering housing body is drawn and arranged in a lowered position.SOLUTION: A lifting/lowering housing device is configured as follows: two or more biasing elastic bodies 4 are installed in a shelf 1 and a lifting/lowering housing body 2; a return biasing force of the biasing elastic body 4 is configured to move and bias a lifting/lowering housing body 2 drawn and disposed in the lowered position in the lifting direction; a lockable shelf side locking part 5 is provided to the shelf 1 while the other side of this biasing elastic body 4 is returned to the biasing elastic body 4 to generate a biasing force; the other side of the biasing elastic body 4 connecting with the lifting/lowering housing body 2 of this lowered position is disconnected, and switched and locked to a shelf side locking part 5; and switching means 10 capable of disengaging the other side of the biasing elastic body 4 locking to the shelf side locking part 5, and switching and connecting it to a lifting/lowering housing body 2 of the lowered position is provided to the lifting/lowering housing body 2 or the shelf 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
