PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive fine particles which suppress the exfoliation of a projection regardless of plating conditions, and can secure sufficient connection reliability.SOLUTION: Conductive fine particles are conductive fine particles having resin particles having a plurality of projections thereon, and a conductive metal layer covering the surface projection of the resin particles along the projection shape. The resin particles are resin particles formed of a peripheral edge portion having the plurality of projections thereon, and a spherical portion surrounded with the peripheral edge portion. A curvature center of a boundary line between the peripheral edge portion and the spherical portion when having observed the cross section of the resin particles with a transmission electron microscope is present in the spherical portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
