PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent from being peeled off from an organic layer of an upper electrode.SOLUTION: An organic layer 10 includes a part positioned at an upper surface of a bank 8a. A TFT substrate 2 includes a plurality of layers having an upper conductive layer 12 and a protective layer 14 in the side upper than the organic layer 10. At least one of plurality of layers includes a connection part F that is penetrated to a part 10b positioned on the upper surface of the bank 8a of the organic layer 10 and is connected with the bank 8a. Peeling off of the upper conductive layer 12 from the organic layer 10 can be suppressed by the connection part F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
