PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate whether an adjustment force in a specific variable period is lacked even if a correlation between the variable period and a demand fluctuation range is changed.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring device comprises: a communication part for receiving measurement data which are measured within a power system; a storage part for storing the measurement data, storing configuration data which indicate a configuration of the power system and storing the adjustment force indicating a capability to adjust output with a component in a specific period in fluctuation of power within a designation area that is preset in the power system; and an arithmetic part for calculating demand data which are time sequential data of a demand within the designation area on the basis of the measurement data and the configuration data, calculating a plurality of fluctuation amounts indicating magnitudes of components in a plurality of periods in the demand data, calculating correlations between a plurality of periods and a plurality of fluctuation amounts, calculating the fluctuation amount in the specific period on the basis of the correlations and comparing the fluctuation amount in the specific period to the magnitude of the adjustment force in the specific period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
