PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of reducing the occurrence of a short circuit between wiring patterns adjacent to each other when being miniaturized.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device includes: a rectangular substrate 110 having a piezoelectric element mounting region X and an integrated circuit element mounting region Y on the upper face thereof; an electrode pad 111 provided in the piezoelectric element mounting region X; a plurality of connection pads 115 provided in the integrated circuit element mounting region Y; an external terminal 112 provided to the lower face of the substrate 110; a wiring pattern 113 electrically connected to the electrode pad 111 or the connection pad 115 and provided on the upper face of the substrate 110; and a connection pattern 116 electrically connected to the external terminal 112 and provided on the lower face of the substrate 110. In the piezoelectric device, a groove 118 is provided between the connection pads 115 adjacent to each other or between the wiring patterns 113 adjacent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
