1. A photosensitive resin composition, comprising:
(A) an acrylic-based binder resin including a repeating unit represented by Chemical Formula 1; (B) a cardo-based binder resin including a repeating unit represented by Chemical Formula 2-1 and a repeating unit represented by Chemical Formula 2-2; (C) a reactive unsaturated compound; (D) an initiator; (E) a colorant; and (F) a solvent: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, R2 and R3 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl group, L1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylene group, in Chemical Formula 2-1 and 2-2, R4, R5, R14 and R15 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen or Chemical Formula 3, R6 is a substituent including an ethylenic double bond, R7, R8, R17 and R18 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, a halogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, Z1 and Z11 are the same or different and are each independently a single bond, O, CO, SO2, CR9R10, SiR11R12, wherein R9 to R12 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, or a linking group represented by Chemical Formulae a to k, Z2 and Z12 are the same or different and are each independently an acid dianhydride residual group, and n1, m1, n2 and m2 are the same or different and are each independently an integer ranging from 0 to 4, wherein, in Chemical Formula 3, La is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylene group, and Ra1 to Ra3 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, wherein in Chemical Formula e, Rf is hydrogen, an ethyl group, C2H4Cl, C2H4OH, CH2CH═CH2 or a phenyl group, |
