The invention relates to a dosing pump for dosing liquid media, including corrosive liquid media, used in the food, medicine, chemical, perfume, cosmetic and mechanical engineering industries. The technical result of the invention consists in eliminating the interaction of a dosing liquid with a pump material, in decreasing defects when dosing liquid media, and in decreasing the time required for assembling/disassembling a pump when sterilizing same. A dosing pump contains a hollow cylindrical housing made of α-Аl2О3-based crystal, wherein the housing consists of two parts; one part has a larger diameter and is capable of compressing at least one inlet channel, at least one outlet channel, and a securing means in order to install the dosing pump on a dosing line, said channels and securing means being made of α-Аl2О3-based crystal. Wherein, on one side, the housing is capable of accommodating therein a plunger or a piston, made of α-Аl2О3-based crystal and capable of being displaced within the housing by means of a rod, which rod is made of α-Аl2О3-based crystal and is capable of being compressed into the plunger or piston; on the other side, the housing is capable of accommodating therein a slide valve made of α-Аl2О3-based crystal. |
