A three-dimensional centrifugal movement mechanism for hollow chocolate production, comprising a frame, a chain conveyer belt; and further comprising a mounting base (31), a fixed shaft (32), a driving sleeve (33), a gear box (34), an acting bevel gear (35), a passive bevel gear (36), an output shaft (37) and a driving mechanism; a pair of mounting bases (31) are mounted on the chain conveyer belt, and the mounting bases (31) are fixedly connected through the fixed shaft (32); the gear box (34) is disposed on a middle portion of the fixed shaft (32); the driving sleeve (33) is sleeved on an end of the fixed shaft (32); an inner end of the driving sleeve (33) is fixedly connected to a side wall of the gear box (34), and an outer end of the driving sleeve (33) is connected to the driving mechanism; a quick mold clamping device (4) is mounted on the output shaft (37) of the gear box (34). The three-dimensional centrifugal movement mechanism drives chocolate syrup to adhere to an inner wall of the mold cavity, enabling the obtained hollow chocolate to have uniform thickness after condensation, eliminating the need of direct condensation when the chocolate syrup is injected into a chocolate packaging, and the above mechanism has a simple structure, low purchase cost, low refrigeration requirement and less energy consumption. |
