A data acquisition program, data acquisition method and data acquisition device are provided which can extract and output data of a target portion even if this has no named tag information. The data acquisition program executes processing on a computer (100) to specify the position of an extraction target portion in the hierarchical structure of the tags contained in a document that is associated with a specific URL and that contains tag structure information, and to allow (131) said position in the hierarchical structure to be registered. Further, the data acquisition program performs processing on the computer (100) to regularly or irregularly access (132) the document associated with the aforementioned specific URL and to extract and output (133, 134) data corresponding to the registered position in the hierarchical tag structure.
