The invention relates to an openable body section of a motor vehicle which includes a structural supporting shell (10), at least one interchangeable outer panel (11) and reversible attachment elements for removably attaching the outer panel (11) to an outer surface of the shell (10). The reversible attachment elements include a plurality of fasteners (12), each having a movable portion (121) provided with a hooking lug (122) and varying between a first position in which the lug (122) is inserted into a notch (13) of the shell (10) and a second position in which the lug (122) is moved out of the notch (13), and an elongate actuation element (14) interconnecting the movable portions (121) of the fasteners (12) with one another. The elongate actuation element (14) varies between a first configuration obtained by applying an outer force (F) perpendicular to the elongate actuation element (14), wherein the elongate actuation element (14) simultaneously moves all the movable portions (121) of the fasteners (12) towards the second positions thereof, and a second configuration obtained when said external force (F) is not applied, in which the elongate actuation element (14) simultaneously places all the movable portions (121) of the fasteners (12) in the first positions thereof. |
