The invention relates to a simulation and extension of natural, atmospheric fine-weather sferics signal sequences and broadband combination of these alternating fields with selected alternating signal structures according to neural-biomedical aspects as direct alternating electromagnetic field or modulated or demodulated, signal-structural alternating field configuration for data transmission at arbitrary locations and points in time, such as - i.e. the natural, dominant alternating signal structures - were customary approximately 100 years ago in fine weather; wherein here the time signal structures (see reference numerals 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26) - supplied by spectral analysis - of at least one impulsive and stochastically predefined alternating field signal of natural-meteorological origin are combined with at least one broadband, periodic and/or more particularly aperiodic additional signal pattern(s). By contrast, temporally repeating, predominantly periodic technics/signal components of anthropogenic origin 17, 22, 27 in a thus synthetically generated or predefined overall signal level-time-frequency pattern or envelope are not provided according to the invention. |
