Abstract The present invention relates to the systems and devices for providing therapy of ear, nose and throat (ENT) disorder. The invention uses a disposable medical device for engaging with a reusable medical instrument having a shaft configured for insertion into a paranasal sinus, the medical device comprising: a sleeve comprising an internal lumen adapted to receive the shaft of the medical instrument, the sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end; and an expandable portion coupled to the distal end of the sleeve, the expandable portion being adapted for insertion into a paranasal sinus during use; and a first coupling member coupled to the proximal end of the sleeve.
