PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion of a polyurethane resin excellent in adhesiveness to wide kinds of films and capable of providing a coated film high in transparency and uniformity.SOLUTION: There is provided a water dispersion of a polyurethane resin having volume average particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.2 μm by crosslinking an urethane polymer having an isocyanate group at a terminal having a constitution component of polyester glycol having aromatic dicarboxylic acid, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and branched glycol as constitutional components (A) of 35 or more and less than 70 mass%, polyol having 3 hydroxy groups (B), organic diisocyanate (C) and a chain extender having free carboxyl group (D) with water in a presence of a neutralizer (E).SELECTED DRAWING: None
