PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tension spring capable of heightening productivity of the tension spring; and to provide a manufacture control device of the tension spring, and a tension spring manufacturing device including the same.SOLUTION: A manufacture control device of a tension spring determines a setting length by using setting length calculation information 15 for specifying a relation between a pre-setting free length of the tension spring and the setting length, and transmits a control signal to a setting device by using the setting length.
