PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block form which can easily produce a concrete block including a complex shape such as a thin thickness portion, a reverse gradient portion, a plurality of blind holes, or the like, which generates large adhesive force during form removal.SOLUTION: A form 1 is a tool in substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in which five faces (a front face 1B, a right side face 1C, a left side face 1D, a back face and a bottom face) other than a surface 1A form plain faces. A recessed opening portion 2 for placing concrete therein is provided on the surface 1A, and the whole form 1 including an inner face 1G of the recessed opening portion 2 which is an area brought into contact with concrete placed in the recessed opening portion 2 is made from a foamed semihard polyurethane. The foamed semihard polyurethane forming the form 1 is an integral skin form having an open-cell structure with many gathered micro bubbles communicating with each other, and has a skin layer 3 forming the inner face 1G brought into contact with concrete and a core layer 4 located therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
