PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover algae in a simple constitution with low cost.SOLUTION: A culture system 100 has a culture vessel 110 which contains algae and a culture medium to culture the algae; and a raking face 132a crossing the surface of the culture vessel; and comprises a raking part 130 which rakes the upper layer of the liquid contained in the culture vessel with the raking face by moving along the surface and makes it overflow from an overflowing part 110e of the culture vessel; a moving means which moves the raking part; a retention part 120 which makes the liquid overflowed from the overflow part retain and stores; a take-out part 140 which takes out from the retention part the algae collected by retaining in the retention part; wherein the area of the surface of the retention part is less than the area of the surface of the culture vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
