MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PAYMENT BY ELECTRONIC CHEQUE AND A METHOD THEREOF

The invention is a management system and method for payment by electronic cheque which eliminates the disadvantages arising from paper cheques while commercially functioning the same as physical paper cheques, and enables the interaction between the bank, drawer, bearer and endorser to be managed by a centre equipped with computer servers and cabled/wireless communication infrastructures. The present invention comprises the steps of a drawer requesting an electronic cheque by accessing the said centre of the system on the internet by means of an interface projected onto a screen of a device such as a computer, mobile phone, etc., the centre sending the said cheque request to the concerning bank, the bank completely or partially approving or rejecting a cheque request in accordance with an approval decision by selecting a cheque request that is desired to be approved or by reaching a request directly with the client information after controlling the cheque requests within a control and approval procedure in its own structure, the drawer entering the desired to be drawn cheque's bearer's ID number and the amount that the cheque will represent into the system in the provided interface, the cheque being arranged in the name of the concerning bearer with a simple drawing command after the data has been entered, the said centre transmitting the drawn cheque to its bearer, the bearer reviewing and approving the e-cheque through the provided interface on the system or it being rejected, i.e. the transaction being completed.
