PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC-DC converter for vehicle having a small number of components, and the assembly process of which is simplified, even when a water-cooled cooler is used.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter for vehicle includes an inverter circuit 12 for converting a DC voltage into an AC voltage, a transformer 13 for converting a voltage outputted from the inverter circuit, a rectifier circuit 14 consisting of a plurality of rectifier diodes 14* for rectifying the AC voltage outputted from the secondary winding of the transformer, and smoothing circuits 15, 16 for smoothing a ripple voltage waveform rectified by the rectifier circuit. One output terminal is composed of a metal housing 30 having the same potential as the ground, a not-penetrating concave hole 301 is provided in one surface of the metal housing, the rectifier diode 14* is composed of a press-fit diode where the anode terminal is a press-fit part 142, and the cathode terminal is a lead pin 143, and the press-fit part of the press-fit diode is press-fitted in the concave hole of the metal housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
