PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for continuously cleaning oil-contaminated soil, in which cleaning treatment can be performed continuously and quantitatively in high efficiency on the oil-contaminated soil to be generated stationarily or in large quantities and operability and manageability of equipment are made excellent, and to provide a method for continuously cleaning oil-contaminated soil.SOLUTION: The system for continuously cleaning oil-contaminated soil includes: a mixing pipe 3 for adding an organic solvent S to the contaminated soil A and mixing the solvent-added soil; an extraction tank 4 in which a mixture M of the contaminated soil A with the organic solvent S is agitated to extract the oil content from the contaminated soil A; a precipitation tank 5 in which water W is added to the mixture M so that the mixture M is separated into the organic solvent S, the water W and soil particles P by a difference in specific gravity and precipitation separation treatment is performed while keeping a three-phase state: a distillation tank 6 in which the oil content-containing organic solvent S separated in the precipitation tank 5 is distilled; and a dehydration tank 7 in which the soil particles P separated in the precipitation tank 5 are dehydrated to obtain cleaned soil C. Simultaneous treatment can be performed in each of the tanks and the tanks to be connected to each other are connected so that treatment can be performed continuously in each of the tanks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
