PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a power generation function, capable of retaining a proper gap between an electrode substrate and an electret substrate with respect to a degree of vibration of a shaft in a thrust direction and a radial direction.SOLUTION: A first rolling bearing device 1A includes a radial bearing 2, an electrode substrate 3, an electret substrate 4, a circuit board 5 and a housing 6. The electrode substrate 3 is disposed on an end face at a housing 6 side, of an inner ring 21 of the radial bearing 2, the electret substrate 4 is disposed on a position opposed to the electrode substrate 3 of the housing 6, and the radial bearing 2 is composed of a radial bearing having accuracy in rotational runout in a thrust direction such that change of an interface distance L between opposed faces of the electrode substrate 3 and the electret substrate 4 is kept within 20 μm or more and 70 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
