PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of determining a deterioration in inspection accuracy at an early stage.SOLUTION: The inspection device includes an imaging device 10 for imaging an inspection object 100, an arithmetic processing device 20 for inspecting the inspection object 100 corresponding to an inspection item on the basis of picked-up image information by the imaging device 10, and an alarm device 40 for giving an alarm in the case that a shake amount of the inspection object 100 in the picked-up image is equal to or more than a predetermined value. The arithmetic processing device 20 makes at least one between a first direction and a second direction on the picked-up image a shake determination direction, calculates brightness and darkness information in the shake determination direction on the basis of brightness value information of each pixel in the picked-up image information. In the case of detecting intermediate color information between brightness information and darkness information in the shake determination direction, the arithmetic processing device 20 estimates a shake amount in the shake determination direction of the inspection object 100 on the picked-up image on the basis of distance information of the intermediate color information in the shake determination direction, and makes the alarm device 40 operate in the case that the shake amount is equal to or more than the predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
