PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence observation method and fluorescence observation device that can highly accurately grasp a lymphatic drainage route to a normal lymphatic system from a portion where lymphatic edema develops.SOLUTION: A fluorescence observation method is a method of observing a biological body having a fluorochrome injected, and the method comprises: a steps in which light irradiation means irradiates a biological body with excitation light including a wavelength exciting the fluorochrome; a step in which image acquisition means acquires a first fluorescent image of the biological body generated by the irradiation of the excitation light; a step of specifying an observation object in the biological body on the basis of the first fluorescent image; a step in which the image acquisition means acquires a second fluorescent image of the biological body generated by the irradiation of the excitation light; and a step of specifying a linear fluorescent pattern appearing in the second fluorescent image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
