PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge power generation panel which is improved in long-term reliability or safety while preventing a lithium ion secondary battery from falling into an overcharge state, can be replaced with a system-interconnected solar cell panel, is further advantageous in carriage, also improves a housing property and is useful also as an independent power source.SOLUTION: The charge/discharge power generation panel is configured by connecting a solar cell 2 and a lithium ion secondary battery 3 in parallel. An open-circuit voltage of the solar cell is V.
