PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type display device capable of improving the feeling of sharpness without performing a plurality of times of autofocus where there is no feeling of sharpness in a projection image when the autofocus is performed.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a projection type display device having an autofocus function. This display device includes: image processing means for processing an input video signal; and control means for providing or setting the processing performed by the image processing means based on comparison between focusing information when the autofocus is completed and focusing information when the autofocus is previously completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
