PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality cover for an illumination lamp by preventing uniformity of light radiated from an illumination lamp from being damaged.SOLUTION: A cover 100 which is formed by injection molding in which resin is injected in a molding die 600 and which is mounted on a light source mounting part in which a light source is arranged includes a light transmission part 110 which has an apex 1021, which covers the light source and which transmits light emitted from the light source.
