PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor which has a path for flowing a current in an inner electrode for grounding and has a low ESL.SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor includes: a laminate body in which a plurality of dielectric layers 1g are laminated; a plurality of inner electrodes 2 for signals drawn to a first and a second end surfaces; a pair of inner electrodes 3a and 3b for grounding which face each other in the same plane of the laminate body and have drawing portions 3a1, 3a2, 3b1, and 3b2 extended to a first and second side surfaces; an external terminal for grounding disposed on the first and second side surfaces and electrically connected to an inner electrode 3 for grounding; and a pair of external electrodes electrically connected to the inner electrode 2 for signals. Each of the pair of inner electrodes 3a and 3b for grounding is inclined toward a first principal surface or a second principal surface in a manner such that each end portion thereof facing each other approaches the inner electrode 2 for signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
