Disclosed are an automatically producible lamp tube and a manufacturing method therefor. The automatically producible lamp tube comprises a tubular lamp tube outer cover (1), a heat dissipation bottom plate (2) mounted in the lamp tube outer cover (1), a light source assembly (3) mounted on the heat dissipation bottom plate (2), and an end cap assembly (4) mounted on at least one end of the lamp tube outer cover (1), wherein the light source assembly (3) comprises a lamp plate (31) and a light source (32) which is provided on the surface of the lamp plate (31) and conductively connected to the lamp plate (31); two opposite inner sides of the heat dissipation bottom plate (2) in the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with a slot (22), and the lamp plate (31) is inserted into the slots (22) and mounted on the heat dissipation bottom plate (2); the end cap assembly (4) comprises an end cap (41) and a power supply board (42) plugged into the end cap (41); and a conductive plugging structure (5) is provided between the power supply board (42) and the lamp plate (31). The automatically producible lamp tube, in which the lamp plate (31) of the light source assembly (3) is mounted on the heat dissipation bottom plate (2) via the cooperation with the slots (22), and the power supply board (42) and the lamp plate (31) realize a conductive connection via the conductive plugging structure (5), is such that the automatically producible lamp tube does not need a welding lead to perform a conductive connection, the connection is reliable, the operation is simple, and automatic production of the lamp tube is facilitated. |
