PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil scattering prevention scissors tool in which the generated vapor is permeated when cooking fry-up in a frying pan and a foodstuff is finished crisply, and the dirt around a range by the scattered oil and the burn of a cooking person are prevented, and at the same time, the exchange of the oil absorbing paper is simple.SOLUTION: A scissors tool 1 comprises: a mounting board 3 for mounting oil absorbing paper 2; an outer frame 5 installed in the bottom of a mounting board and including a grip part 4, and an inner frame 6 installed in the inside of the outer frame; and a pair of supporting tubes 7a installed on the mounting board, and a pair of pressing frames 8a rotatable on a supporting tube as a fulcrum. Then, permanent magnets 10 are installed in both corners of each pressing frame. Alternatively, an adsorption seat 9 is installed in the position where the permanent magnets on the mounting board comes into abutment therewith when closing the pair of pressing frames, and clamping the oil absorbing paper between the permanent magnet and the adsorption seat. Further, the inner frame is installed eccentrically to the outer frame, and the interval between the outer frame and the inner frame is changed continuously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
