PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color light-emitting display board for both day and night, in which a clear display part can be viewed by color development of florescent color paint in the daytime, color of a display part having clear and high brightness can be viewed by color development of the florescent color paint excited by light emission of a luminous agent even in the dark at the night, and a clear color developing display device can be viewed, which has high color rendering properties exceeding a daylight fluorescent light reflection component by irradiation of black light.SOLUTION: A transparent plate on which a luminous agent 2 formed by using, as a base agent, aluminate of alkaline earth metal excellent in high brightness and long afterglow for emitting light without electric power at night and which is used as a base material 1, and a display part which is made by a transparent plate having a fluorescent layer 9 and a luminous material 6 partially coated on the upper surface thereof are laminated with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
