PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens array that offers high optical coupling efficiency.SOLUTION: An optical lens array 1 includes a substrate 2, a plurality of optical lenses 3 arranged on the substrate 2, and an adhesive layer 4 that bonds the optical lenses 3 and the substrate 2 together, where each of the optical lenses 3 has a first end face 3a having a first optical input/output surface 3a1, a second end face 3b having a second optical input/output surface 3b1, opposing first and second side faces 3c, 3d, and opposing third and fourth side faces 3e, 3f. The adhesive layer 4 bonds the first side face 3c and the substrate 2 together. An arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the first side face 3c is greater than those of the first and second optical input/output surfaces 3a1, 3b1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
