PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect discordance between a verification range of a verification item table and a verification range of a test pattern.SOLUTION: A verification support device 101 creates a verification item table (2)132 representing access object items that are extracted from a verification item table (1)122 created on the basis of written design specifications 112 of a verification object circuit and a use case 111, and access order of the access object items. Further, the verification support device 101 creates a test pattern (2)131 representing the access object items that are extracted from a test pattern (1)121 created on the basis of the use case 111.
