The disclosed subject matter relates to an architecture that can leverage femtocell network infrastructure in order to facilitate premises management or monitoring. In particular, the architecture can leverage the local presence of a home nodeB (HNB) located at a premises associated with a subscriber in order to aggregate, process and/or distribute various state information that can be collected at the premises.

a processor; and memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
receiving, from a sensor device, state data indicative of a state of a premises at which the device is situated;via a communication path that traverses first network devices of a communication network that differs from a femtocell network and second network devices of the femtocell network, receiving, from a first network device of the first network devices of the communication network, request data indicative of a request for the state data; andin response to the receiving the request data, transmitting the state data to the first network device via the communication path.
