The present invention relates to a moving device and a kickboard having the same. The moving device comprises: a housing which has an inner space; a spindle which is coupled to the housing to be rotated and allows a wheel to be coupled thereto; a flywheel assembly which is coupled to the housing to be rotated and generates inertia moment by the rotation thereof; and a gear train assembly which rotates the flywheel assembly by transferring the rotation force applied to the spindle to the flywheel assembly and transfers the inertia moment of the flywheel assembly to the spindle when the rotation force applied to the spindle is released. According to the present invention, the moving device enables a user to move the kickboard far away at a time. |
