Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for transmitting at least one message stored in a database to a mobile device of a user based on a presence of the mobile device in a signal transmission area by transmitting an encoded signal in the signal transmission area that includes encoded data indicating a location of the at least one message in the database and transmitting the at least one message in the database to the mobile device based on the mobile device of the user decoding the data from the encoded signal and transmitting a request signal based on the data decoded from the encoded signal to a content management server to request the at least one message from the database.
