PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow structure manufactured in a short time more easily than a method for manufacturing a conventional hollow structure, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing hollow structure comprises: the steps of: (A) forming a groove 4 on the surface 3a of a metal base material part 3; (B) forming a pair of fitting steps 5 having a depth shallower and a width larger than these of the groove 4 on both sides of the groove 4 in the width direction on the side of the surface 3a; (C) fitting a metal lid 6 for closing the pair of fitting steps 5 over the groove 4 between the pair of fitting steps 5; and (E) forming a metal layer 7 on the surface 3a of the base material part 3 and the surface 6a of the metal lid 6 by a cold spray method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
