PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller capable of preventing members from being worn and damaged by a collision between a rotary fitting part of a motor and a power receiving part of a load.SOLUTION: When starting a position sensorless type brushless motor, electrification output control means of the drive controller executes "collision stress mitigation control" for changing a value of electrification output at a time t2 of shifting from position detection (auxiliary operation stage) to positioning processing Z (collision preparation stage) in such a manner that the collision stress is mitigated in the case where an outer wall of a shaft (the rotary fitting part) collides with an inner wall of a hole of an impeller (the power receiving part of the load) by positioning. A maximum value of a first output value I1 at a position detection time (t1 to t2) is set so as to exceed a first threshold I1that is a lower limit value for achieving a rotational speed at which an induction voltage can be detected. A second output value I2 at a positioning processing time (t2 to t4) is set so as to be below a second threshold I2that is an upper limit value for preventing the impeller from being worn or damaged by the collision stress that is generated by the collision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
