PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A gyro element 100 as a vibration element comprises: drive vibration arms 2a and 2b as drive sections being applied with a voltage and driven; and detection vibration arms 3a and 3b as detection sections generated with electric charges in accordance with influence of Coriolis force generated to the drive vibration arms 2a and 2b. An electric charge amount detected by each of the detection vibration arms 3a and 3b in a state of the Coriolis force not being generated exceeds 0% and is equal to 0.1% or less of an electric charge amount generated to the drive vibration arms 2a and 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
